The ZEN8 Swim Trainer requires about a 3x1m area when in use, and can easily be packed down in a bag if needed.

Yes, we recommend ZEN8 to swimmers of the age of 13 or above.

This depends on your goals, current training and level.

For Beginners: Use ZEN8 Swim Trainer 2-3 times per week. Focus on the correct movements, building muscle-memory and strength. All shown in ZEN8 Coaching.

Intermediate: If you swim 3-4 times per week, supplement with ZEN8 2 times per week. Work on your catch, and build more strength, and stay activated between pool sessions.

PROs: Looking for a competetive edge? Use the ZEN8 to perfect your catch, build a powerful pull-through, and stay activated. ZEN8 is also a great tool to use for warm-ups and activation before races when open water or pool access may be limited.

The ZEN8 is meant to supplement your in-water sessions and help you become more consistent with your swim-specific training.
The more you put in, the more you get out of it.
