Don't stop just because winter is coming! Use this plan to continue building on the hard work you've already put in.
A 12-Week plan for athletes currently swimming 1-3 times per week, and are looking to up the game to accelerate their in-water performance.
2 Sessions per week. 1 in water + 1 on the ZEN8 Swim Trainer to be used on top or in combination with your current swim routine.
(If you're looking for ZEN8 only workout to add to your current training plan, explore our other plans)
• Swimmers who normally swim once/week - Add this plan on top of what you're already doing. (Yes, swimming once per week, will not get you any big gains)
• Swimmers who swim 2 times per week - We recommend adding this on top, but if you do not have time for this, swap one of your current sessions for the in-water session in this plan as well as the ZEN8 session.
• If you're swimming +3 times/week, you can either add these extra sessions in or only go for the ZEN8 sessions.
This program is 12 Weeks in total Including:
- Block #1: 4 Week Technique - Catch more water
- Block #2: 4 Week Endurance using Critical Swim Speed
- Block #3: 4 Week Power - Maximise Propulsion
