Hello, Sports Fans!
I chose to grab one of these because I could not make the time to get to the local pools during their time frames, so I was stuck in the mode of training when I could and then waiting a week (or more) for my next opportunity, where I would pretty much start all over again. In the two short weeks since I received my Zen8 Trainer, I have been more consistent in my workouts, and my per 100 yds time is getting faster. Already down about ten seconds in my 1800 - 2000 yd workouts. Yay, consistency! So, I say, so far, so GREAT!

As for the trainer itself? It works as designed; it inflates quickly and, surprisingly, stays more inflated than expected between workouts; I've only had to adjust the pressure once since I set it up.
I have not gotten into the provided Coaching much, as I am still trying to get the High-Elbow stroke into muscle memory. But the little bit I have seen is easy to follow and understand. I look forward to growing with the training.

Lastly, Zen8's service has been stellar. From the order confirmation, to the shipping updates and fast delivery. It was a GREAT process.
